Tried to use my card at my doctors office on Friday. Transaction would not go thru. How do I confirm that my account is active and that I have the correct credit card?

You can view your card status and details about your card through the consumer portal, either through the PC or through the Mobile App.
FOR PC The consumer portal can be accessed here: https://adminamerica.lh1ondemand.com/login.aspx
When you sign in, you will be on the Home tab. Hover your mouse over the Accounts tab toward the top of the screen, then click Banking/Cards found under the Profile header. This will bring you to a separate page. The Banking/Cards page will provide your card status and details about the card you should be using.
