Extra card for spouse

Hello,

When cards are sent to the primary account holder, the envelope will contain 2 cards. Your spouse may use one of these. 

If you need to order additional cards, you may login to the consumer portal, here: https://adminamerica.lh1ondemand.com/Login.aspx,  then:

1. Hover your mouse over the Accounts tab and select the Banking/Cards option

2. Select Order Replacement under the Debit Cards section. This step is very important in order to continue to use the current card in your possession. 

Please note: a $10.00 fee applies and will be deducted from your benefit account. You will receive 2 cards in the mail within 10-14 business days.
