My IRS-eligible long-term care insurance plan won’t take a WEX Health Visa card for payment of a premium.  How do I make a payment, or be reimbursed, with my HRA flexible spending account benefit?

Health payment cards typically will not work to pay long term care premiums because the majority of those cards are issued to FSA participants and FSA plans are prohibited by federal law from reimbursing long term care premiums.  HRA participants in plans that allow long term care premium reimbursements (which varies from plan to plan) can submit a manual claim for reimbursement.  Participants in plans administered by Admin America can submit claims via Admin America's mobile app or via email at hra@adminamerica.com.
