Are there any extra charges

So we are thinking about doing a POP for our employees.  We understand that the benefits for them are great and the employer gets benefits as well, my boss is just skeptical that there’s more to it than just the one time fee??? She thinks there has to be some kind of monthly charge for each employee participation.  We are working with him on our new benefits and he suggested your company for the 125 plan.

Admin America's POP Documents enable employers to provide pre-tax salary reduction for their employees without incurring any monthly per employee fees.  In additional, Admin America's documents do not expire every year so our clients do not have to pay annual renewal fees.  The only additional fees a client would incur is if the federal government changes a relevant law requiring an amendment (which hasn't happened in over ten years) or if the employer wants to change the terms of their plan (most commonly the plan year or the eligibility provisions).  Changing insurance carriers does not require plan amendments for Admin America prepared documents.
