Limited FSA Reimbursement

I paid out of pocket for a medical expense covered by my limited fsa. I submitted a reimbursement and it says it was paid out back in March. I see where the funds were taken out of the FSA but I have yet to receive those funds in any way. I didn’t have a bank account linked, am I waiting on a check in the mail still? How does this work?
