FSA covers parking/transportation to hospital and/or dr appt’s, right?

Health FSAs do cover parking and transportation to the hospital or doctors appointments.  While you may legally use your FSA debit card to pay a rideshare app for the expense, functionally I do not believe that it will work.  The Benefit Payment cards have embedded restrictions based on each vendor's Merchant Category Code.  This is why the cards won't work at vendors like restaurants or gas stations.  I do not believe that the The Merchant Category Codes assigned to UBER and LYFT are among those which the card supports.
